As far as equipment is concerned, we have everything we need, we only need access to electricity (a standard socket is enough).
Our space should be at least 2×3 m, in the shade or sheltered from the weather and on a level surface.
We also need a place to change (before and after the performance).
Meals are generally not required for us (unless otherwise agreed with you in advance).
Regardless of the starting time, we usually arrive between 2 and 5 hours before your guests arrive. The time it takes us to set up depends on the service(s) you have hired us for. Once the organisation progresses, we will be able to give you a more precise arrival time depending on the event and the constraints it involves.
We have up to 2 and a half hours of Live Music (usually divided into different sets) as well as tailored playlists that we can play before and after the concert to ensure the continuity of the musical atmosphere.
If you are planning an intervention or a surprise during your cocktail party, we would be happy to play the song(s) of your choice and lend you a microphone if a speech is planned. To ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day, please contact us beforehand !
Yes, we can provide both of these services. Whether your Ceremony is Secular or Religious we provide two separate stages so we don’t have to move equipment between the two locations.
When you hire us for your Secular Ceremony (and sometimes even a Religious one, if requested), we take care of the entire sound system. This includes, of course, what is specific to our stage, but also everything related to the speeches of your relatives and the person(s) officiating.
We are based in Haute-Garonne, and work mainly in the Occitanie region, but we are happy to travel wherever we are needed ! We will take the time to examine your request to offer you a suitable solution.
We adapt our equipment to the needs and scale of each event. We have the requisite equipment to provide sound for an event of up to 1,000 attendees.
No, we set aside the whole day for your event, regardless of the service(s) you choose, so that we take no risks and are 100% available for you on the day.
Once you have chosen the service(s) you require, we will draw up a contract and send it to you, which you should sign and return to us. We then ask you to make an advance payment of 30% of the total amount by bank transfer. The reservation of your date is only effective once these 2 steps have been confirmed. The remaining amount is to be paid approximately 15 days before the event.
